If you’re considering admission into Nigerian tertiary institutions, you’ll need to decide what JAMB subject and course is right for you. Below are the list of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Subjects and combinations approved for admission into Nigerian Institutions for UTME and Direct Entry Candidates to help you.
In our quest to make life easier for UTME and Direct Entry candidates, we have written so many posts on JAMB UTME and Direct Entry. So today, we compiled the list of subjects that science, commercial, engineering, social science, education and medical students must possess before proceeding to register for the 2020 JAMB UTME and Direct Entry.
- Nigerian Content Science and Technology Innovation Challenge 2021 for Students
- Unilever Idea Trophy Competition 2021 for Nigerian Students
- Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Programme 2021 for Entrepreneurs | $5,000 in Seed Capital + More
- Türkiye Scholarships 2021 for Undergraduate & Postgraduate Studies | Fully Funded to Study in Turkey
- Alex Otti Foundation (AOF) Tertiary Education Scholarship 2020/2021
As a matter of fact, choosing the right subjects is the first step to getting into a university. Your choice of institution and course will also depend on your O’level subjects. All candidates irrespective of their selected course of study must have credit in five relevant subjects in the appropriate WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/Teachers’ Grade II examination.
Hint: The credit in question should not be attained more than two sittings.
